Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Project Managers to join our team. Project Managers will play an essential role in leading 2030 or Bust’s efforts to spread awareness throughout Emory and the surrounding areas. As Project Managers, students will be in charge of small teams with unique responsibilities each week assigned directly by organization leaders.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Effectively lead your team in the direction you want to go each week.
- Deadline Establishment: Assign realistic and attainable weekly deadlines to team members and ensure they meet them.
- Organization Communication: Regularly communicate with 2030 or Bust’s Head of Campus Outreach to maintain an understanding of the organization’s current mission and goals.
- Weekly Meetings: Organize weekly team meetings for updates on team progress and to identify any potential shortfalls.
- Team Assistance: Help your team meet their goals by assuming an active role in whatever volunteer project you lead.
- Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach activities, including the number of engagements, partnerships established, and community feedback.

Time Commitment
We estimate a commitment of approximately 4-5 hours per week, with flexibility based on the volunteer’s availability. Project Managers will organize regular team check-ins and collaborative meetings to ensure alignment with the organization objectives.
